Terms of Use

Last updated: September 25, 2026

These terms govern your use of Miad (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept them. If you use it on behalf of a business (a salon or centre), you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these terms.

1. The Service

Miad is a cloud system for service businesses: bookings, client records, checkout, inventory, payroll and reports, with automatic WhatsApp messages to the business's clients.

We may improve the Service or change its features from time to time without materially reducing what you subscribed to.

2. Your account

Accounts are opened through an invitation link sent to the business once a plan is agreed. You are responsible for keeping sign-in details confidential and for everything done through your account and your staff accounts.

The account holder must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Plans and payment

The Service is offered on a monthly or annual subscription under the agreed plan, paid in advance.

A free trial may be granted when the account is opened; continuing afterwards requires a subscription.

When a subscription ends without renewal there is a seven-day grace period in which the account works normally; after it, access is paused and the booking page and automatic messages stop until renewal. Your data is not deleted because a subscription ended.

4. Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully; do not send spam or unlawful messages through it, try to access other businesses' data, or disrupt the Service.

WhatsApp messages are sent to your clients in your business's name based on their bookings with you. You are responsible for your communication with your clients being welcome and compliant with the rules that apply to you.

5. Your data and your clients' data

The data your business enters (clients, appointments, sales, staff) belongs to your business. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You can export all your data at any time and ask for your account and its data to be deleted.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, logo and software belong to Miad. A subscription grants only the right to use it during the subscription.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control, including third-party services such as WhatsApp.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop your subscription at any time by contacting us. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or is unpaid.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the service provider is registered. We aim to resolve any dispute amicably before referring it to the competent authorities.

11. Contact
